Sweet- I just found a new blogger feature called "BlogThis!" that allows you to add any web site to your blog from your links bar- it even work with Safari!

Anyway- I just got done packing. Yikes! I didn't realize that I had this much stuff! Anyway we are planning on leaving for lansing sometime tomorrow morning- I don't know exactly when. But if you want to give me a call- I'm going to be bored driving down to Lansing so give me a call on my cell...

After we move in, my parents, Jerry, Dawn, Shelby, Jim, Leann, and I are going to meet in Chicago for the weekend. We're all staying at the Embassy Suites and planning on doing the tourest thing- never done that before in Chi-Town- only shopping- so I don't think I'm going to get a chance to update that much this weekend, but I will update when we go downtown (from the apple store)- and if we go to the Woodfield Mall- I'll update there too (apple store again).

Today I went out to eat with the "sisters" before I left for the summer. GOD I love them! Who would have thought that each one could turn out so differently but each have great unique qualities? So thanks for the company this afternoon.

Updating soon from Chi-Town...

Congratulations Steph, Michelle, Heather, Sara, Jada, Britt, Kristin, Chantal, Katherine, Allie, Maria, and Missy On Your Great Tests!

After a rather successful 2 weeks at Minocqua I'm glad to be home. I don't really have anything to do the next few days but pack, I'm glad to be going back to lansing, but at the same time I don't really want to move down to school later this week. Oh well, things are going great right now!

The test session went very well yesterday with some great tests!

I'll be posting a gallery of our Chicago trip and weeks 1, 2, 3, & 4 of Minocqua later today.

Stay Tuned.

WOW! I can't believe that Minocqua is coming to an end?!?! Week 3 flew by so fast I didn't know what hit me- week 4 went even faster!

One problem- I don't have my testing gear. Its at Tepka's cabin as I write this. Great. Maybe The Spy will come early and bring them- if not I'll be driving my @$$ (huge) back to Houghton to get my stuff after my sessions are over tonight. WAAAAHOOOOO!

Anyway- I'm outta here.

Peace Out.

Nothing much has been going on- only skating- profuse! These long days are killing me!

I was planning to test the "Burger" with Heather but decided not to because I'm not really sure if I would pass it or not. So I'm learning the Tango Romantica and attempting to learn the partnering on the Golden. Woah. I already know the guys steps thanks to Heather/Jess's lessons with Andrew- I've been watching his steps- so I know the guys steps, but don't know all the partner positions. Oh well- I'm off to a good start.

This Internet Cafe in Minocqua is really sweet & cheap. I'm glad I discovered it- 'cause I'm able to update my blog on a semi-daily basis. They have a really cool setup, but I wish they were using macs and not PC's. They have 8 dells with 17" flats- all with office, all IM clients, some games, etc. I wouldn't mind running my own internet cafe thing sometime- it would be sweet to have 17" iMacs with a cafe and offer cheap wireless access to you iBook/Powerbook/PC laptop people...

Anyway- gg.

Later.

Got back from Chicago really late on Sunday night (1:00 AM). Yikes! I had such a great time!

On Saturday night Michelle and Andrew went out with Michell's friend April while Steph and I spent the night shopping downtown. Steph and I split a huge piece of cheesecake and caught "28 Days Later" at the AMC theature downtown. The movie was good, but I would have rather spent more time outside walking the streets. I love the feel of a huge city at night- the lights, the busy stores, ahhhhhh...

Anyway- on Sunday we left Aprils and went downtown again 'cause Andrew and Michelle didn't get a change to do much shopping-which ment that I had to move again- yuck. lol.

We left and had a quick stop at Ikea- found a really cool futon and desk that I want for the apartment.

Woah- Minocqua is almost done- where did all the time go? Oh well, its a great time- and time flies when you're having fun.

HEY! Its been a while! Anyway- guess where I am right now??? The huge apple store on Michigan Ave. in Chicago. I decided to take a quick trip with Michelle, Steph, and Andrew.

Steph and I are hanging out downtown while Michelle, Andrew, and Michelle's friend are out at the bar. Anyway- this place is really sweet- they have a bunch of 17" iMac's with iSights- god I wish Eric was on iChat right now so I could check this iSight thing out. Oh yah- no G5's yet either- damn.

Peace Out.

Well- the 2nd day of Minocqua- I'm beat! Yesterday wasn't 1/2 bad, but today- yikes I'm tired! So I decided to take a little jaunt and pay the mac a visit in minicockwa. lol.

Anyway- nothing really that great happened so far, but we'll see as the week goes on...

Well- just got back from another day at Twin Lakes. My brother-in-law is camping out there so we went to visit. God I smell like camp fire right now. So tonight I leave for Minocqua for 2 weeks- I think I might come back for the weekend though. Depends what everyone else is doing.

I still need to pack and take a shower before I go pick Steph up.

The 'rants and I spent the day at Twin Lakes. We cooked out, sat in the sun, I lit some Jumping Jacks, and left at 6:30 to catch "Pirates of the Caribbean" at 7:10. We didn't swim 'cause the water was rather cold.

Mini-Review: "Pirates of the Caribbean"
4 out of 5 stars

What a great movie! Jonny Depp was great as "Jack Sparrow" the pirate. This movie has a lot of action, great special fx, and a decent plot. The movie also has its funny moments. I'm a sucker for great action/adventure movies so if you're not you might want to stay away from this one- 'cause that’s what its best attribute is- action/adventure.

The music could have been a lot better- but it’s not that big a deal. So I would recommend you see this movie- bring some kids along too- they'd love it!

So with that- I leave you with this view of Twin Lakes State Park.

What a boring/great day. First off- it was my last day at pettibone today- waaaahooooo! I did manage to finish the "dealer" portion of the new web site and "go live" with it.

Next- went to skating and taught Dana her artistic for the Green Bay competition.

Was looking forward to skating/hanging out with Steph but she didn't come to skating- I'm assuming she went to Green Bay with Michelle shopping.

And its raining out. yay.

WAAAAAAHOOOOO! I'm finally done at work!

What an odd day so far...I've managed to open the door on 2 people going to the bathroom today- both within about 2 hours of each other.

1. Going to the bathroom at Pettibone is the same thing everyday. Walk into the bathroom and hang a sharp right to the only urnal in the men's bathroom- you can't see if someone is taking a piss there or not- so often you turn to step to the urnal and someone is there already- I hidden behind a small wall. So the next thing you do is go to the first available stall and piss (usually the 1st stall in a row of about 5 or 6 on your left). Well- nobody ever craps in the first stall! Its like a bathroom etiquette or something- you always crap in the stall thats near the corner or back of the room. But guess what...someone was taking a dump in the first stall! No locks on the door- oops! The guy goes, "Check for feet!". Nice.

2. Went to Subway for lunch. The bathroom door was closed, but no light was coming from under the door. Open the door some old guy is pissing in the dark. WTF- who pisses in the dark? Anyway- on his way out he says, "If you would have had to go as bad as I did I would have shared." Ummmmm- no thanks.

Work Sucks.

Well- mom and I were just sitting in the spa and we had a guest...A BAT!

After some publishing troubles I think this thing is going to work. While I was posting my first post on the new blog the power cut out and I lost my airport connection. WAAAHOOO! Then the publishes weren't doing anything! My blog homepage was blank.

I'll be providing links to my .mac (dot mac) homepage- thats where I'll be keeping all my photos/movies and other media. I'm going to put some of my favorite links up here too. If anyone has ideas on other stuff to try and put up drop me an e-mail.

So after some tinkering I think I finally got this thing up and running. I just want something that is easy to update and post to quickly and daily.

Too bad they don't have a spell check on this thing though.
